Nothing we wanted was more than ten minutes away although we noticed that there is a car park available with each of the five apartments after we arrived. I did some sailing in my youth so we hired a boat for the day from the marina opposite Villa Porto Rapallo and the kids loved the day trip to San Fruttoso an hour away an ancient seaside town only reachable by boat or hiking!.”

The owner really knew how to create a perfect place that combines the Italian “Great Beauty” villa with all the comfort of a contemporary refurbished interiors. All the furniture is brand new, everything works perfectly. When you are inside, it doesn’t feel like you are in an old historic little town. Outside, the beauty of the villa in front of the Rapallo’s waterfront brings you to another world. When you just walk out, you have the full view of the beautiful Rapallo’s bay. 2 minutes walks to the main road and restaurants, perfectly located to be in a quiet area but still central. I really recommend this place to people who wants all the luxury confort of a new villa still with the Italian unique architecture. I wish I could live in this villa…”

Imagine a 5 star, brand new apartment a 5-minute walk from the centre of town, the beach and Rapallo Harbour.
