ABOUT LISA

Lisa's journey into holistic health and wellness began at 19 when she left Venice for London. There, a diet of convenience foods led to severe stomach issues and emergency surgery. This wake-up call prompted her to seek help from a nutritionist, sparking her passion for nutrition.

Driven by a desire to share invaluable knowledge, Lisa embarked on further education. Inspired by other renowned nutritionists, she enrolled in the College of Naturopathic Nutrition program, graduating with a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition.

At Villa Porto Rapallo, Lisa found a sanctuary to realise her vision for wellness retreats. The villa's rich history and tranquil surroundings create the perfect setting for guests to explore nutrition and lifestyle. Lisa aims for participants to leave empowered with valuable information to implement seamlessly into their lives.

Her connection to Villa Porto Rapallo runs deep. As a child, she witnessed its former glory and later contributed to its rebirth. Today, the villa's ambiance and surroundings, with light-filled interiors and proximity to the seaside, enhance the wellness experience, fostering a sense of tranquility and order.

Lisa is committed to providing guests with a transformative and enriching experience. Every retreat is tailored to the unique needs of participants, reflecting naturopathy's emphasis on a personalised approach. It’s hard to put into words how incredible the 3 night, 4 day retreat at Villa Porto Rapallo was. The accommodation was of course first class, truly breath-taking from the moment I stepped out of the taxi and looked up to the grand architecture, but it was the warm welcome, the comprehensive but not over powering wellness itinerary, and tips and tools I took home with me and continue to use today that really set it apart from its competition.  From someone who finds themselves spending way too much time stooped over a computer keyboard, to be able to get out into nature and walk nearly 35,000 steps in 4 days, be fed meals that are healthier and tastier than anything I’ve consumed in years, and be educated in nutrition, sleep hygiene and calming breathwork techniques, it really was a retreat to remember. One which helped reset new healthy habits as well as relax my body with a heavenly ayuverdic massage and crystal stone infused facial.  I will definitely be back.”

I had the most incredible experience at the Villa Rapallo retreat. Everything was simply amazing, with attention paid to every detail. The energy and passion of Lisa and her team were infectious, and even two months later, I still feel its effects.  Villa Rapallo itself is stunning, with many hidden corners and beautiful terraces perfect for reading, yoga, or simply relaxing. The room, bathroom and bed are wonderfully relaxing. The gym is fully equipped with top-notch machines, and the yoga space downstairs is incredibly tranquil.

The highlight for me were the insightful talks about nutrition, delivered with such passion that it was impossible not to listen and be inspired to make changes in 'the real world'. The food served during these talks was delicious and easy to make, providing no excuses for not adopting a healthier lifestyle.

Oo, and did I mention the super massage and facial that were given with so much kindness!

“I attended a short retreat at Villa Port Rapallo in March, and I must say Lisa have transformed it into a beautiful and relaxing place to be. It sets in the picturesque Portofino coast with beautiful views and lovely sea breeze. I enjoyed retreat’s culinary delights, which Lisa curated herself. They were locally sourced and nutrient-rich breakfasts/dinners, and Lisa taught guests a lesson in DIY gourmet meals. Massages, long hikes and lectures on how to improve our busy lifestyle were part of the trip. Guests were infused with information and breathing practices, which are easy to implement into daily routine. We had a 1on1 session with on-site nutritionist Lisa, who gave amazing advice on how to improve certain health conditions to make you feel alive again. Kundalini yoga session and sound bath were out of this world.”
