APARTMENT PARAGGI

A stunning and spacious apartment that can sleep up to 8 guests. The apartment has a grand original stairs that leads to a private terrace under the archways, where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the yacht club directly in front of the villa.

Our show-stopping penthouse apartment located at the top of Villa Porto Rapallo's tower. With breathtaking views of the Italian Riviera, this apartment offers a truly unforgettable experience. The Molteni kitchen features top-of-the-line V-Zug appliances, including a fresh bean-to-coffee machine. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms, one of which has a trundle bed, and a Natuzzi sofa bed. The rooftop terrace, with its unobstructed views of the Portofino coastline, completes our belle Epoque treasure.

APARTMENT SAN FRUTTUOSO

A luxurious and inviting retreat that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features beautifully appointed bedrooms with sea views and a warm and cozy living space. The apartment also has its own rear-facing terrace and entrance, providing guests with a sense of privacy and seclusion.

APARTMENT SANTA MARGHERITA

A luxurious and spacious villa designed for both indoor and outdoor living. It has a large rear terrace with two Glatz umbrellas and a Coco Wolf marble table that comfortably seats 12 guests. The Molteni kitchen island offers breathtaking views of the coast and the nearby church. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests with two double bedrooms, one of which has an extra trundle bed, and a double Natuzzi sofa bed that can convert into another bedroom or living room.
